1st To Die: Women's Murder Club by James Patterson

Just finished this one last night!!!  After I read Guilty Wives I thought I would read a few more of James Patterson's books, so I started out with this one.  For one I love that it is based in San Fransisco, hearing all the names from around that area makes me miss our last base and how we could drive into the city and have fun.  --  This is a murder mystery with a group of ladies that get together to try to figure it out.  I loved the characters and the suprise at the end of the book.  Can't wait to read the next one!!

More Debbie Macomber Books

My grandma sent me a ton of Debbie Macomber books and I have been trying to make my way through them.    I have started reading them inbetween other books so I get a little break up between authors.  I love the light romantic stories that Debbie tells and these are just a few more. Including her first one The Matchmaker.
Happy Reading!!!
I have had this book for awhile sitting on my shelf waiting for me to find the time to finally read it. So I did. :)  Most of us who love Gone with the Wind have probably read Scarlett, this is a totally different take on the entire story, mostly from Rhett and people he knew points of view. And a completely different ending.  It was kind of slow at first, but towards the end I had a hard time putting it down.

Serpent's Shadow

Just finished reading the 3rd book in the Kane Chronicle series by Rick Riordan.  I had already gotten used to the style that he writes in on this series. It is supposed to be a transcription that someone makes from a tape that a brother and sister have made of their adventures with the Egyptian Gods.  Different from his other series, but still good.  I had to read it faster than normal since my 11 yr old is all ready waiting for me to finish it so that he can read it next.   Excited to see what new books he will come out with next.
