Things I've been Up to lately.

We have limited space in our house.  There is a closet under the stairs that is my craft closet.  Yesterday I was trying to go through it and find some things and found stuff that I had been wanting to use.  I found some cute corkboard that I bought awhile ago, the "chalkboard" and "Dry Erase" board rolls that I bought about 6 months ago.  I decided to make myself a to do board on the door in my craft closet.  I put the cork board on top, chalk second and dry erase third.  I took some ribbon and made a cute little border and then added a few cute embellishments.

According to my girls it is beautiful and they especailly love the flowers on the bottom.

Next I had a baby shower to go to and wanted to be a little creative.  It didn't quite turn out how I wanted it to, but it turned out o.k. and my friend seemed to like it.

I wanted it diaper cake like, but different if that makes sense.  She is having a girl, so I got pink stuff, got a magazine holder to put it all in and a few onsies to roll up to look like roses.    The challenge was getting things to stay put and not ruin the diapers at the same time.  I mean, hello, with a brand new baby every diaper counts. 

I have also made a few burp rags, a baby blanket, and some gift bags this week.  I keep forgetting to take pictures, I need to be better about that.
